How a job runs
- The free site visit comes first. On an ADU lot we check the setbacks, easements, the sewer line and panel capacity.
- You get a written scope and quote for that address.
- The payment schedule is agreed with you before the contract is signed.
- We draw the plans, file with the city, answer the plan-check corrections and meet the inspectors.
- A lien release comes with each payment.
