We paint house exteriors across the San Fernando Valley and the Westside: stucco, siding, trim, fascia and eaves. Because we are a general contractor, the repairs under the paint are part of the same job: cracked stucco, rotted wood and failed caulk get fixed before any paint goes on.
Signs your exterior needs paint
- Chalking: rub a dark cloth on the wall. White powder means the paint is breaking down.
- Fading that is much worse on the south and west walls.
- Cracking or peeling around windows, doors and at the bottom of walls.
- Bubbling or blistering, which can mean moisture behind the paint.
- Bare wood or stucco showing on trim and fascia.
