We want this website to work for everyone who wants to talk to us about a project, including people who use a screen reader, browse with a keyboard, enlarge text or prefer less motion.
What we work toward
We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as our standard, and we check the site as it changes.
What is in place
- Every image has a text description.
- Every form field has a label that screen readers announce.
- Links and buttons show a clear outline when you move through the page with a keyboard.
- Animations turn off when your device is set to reduce motion.
- Every link on the site leads to a live page (checked October 4, 2026).
Need help?
If anything on the site does not work for you, call us at (818) 934-0075 and a person will help you directly, or tell us the page in any form on the site. We call back within 15 minutes: 8am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, 8am to 2pm Friday.
Accessibility in what we build
It matters in homes too. Step-free entries, wider doorways, roll-in showers, grab-bar blocking, reachable switches and counters, and ADUs designed so someone can age in place are easy to include when they are planned early. Tell us at the site visit and we will design around it.
